Due to the lovely winter weather we have had this year, the ECC Spelling Bee and Math & Business Contest was held remotely. Students first grade through eighth grade participated in the Spelling Bee and students 9th grade through 12th grade participated in the Math Contest. Congratulations to following students for placing in the Spelling Bee: 8th grader Mackenzie Zubke 1st place, 6th grader Rylie Pies 5th place, 3rd grader Hailey Butler 5th place, 2nd grader Keisha Rencountre 3rd place, 1st grader Lawerence Fallis 3rd place. Great job spellers! Also, a congratulations goes out to our high school students that placed in the Math Contest. In the Geometry division Hunter Bourassa placed 4th and Traveion Neilan placed 5th, Katie Snyder placed 3rd in the Algebra I division, and Owen Niles placed 2nd in the Algebra II division. Waubay School placed 3rd overall in the Math Contest.
