On Wednesday, May 10th, 2023, seven students were inducted into the Waubay Chapter of the NHS. These students have met the Chapter’s standards of excellence by achieving and maintaining a 3.25 GPA or better while also consistently demonstrating these four qualities: scholarship, service, leadership, and character. All students grade ten on up were considered for induction. There is a Faculty Council of teachers who help in determining which students are selected. We are proud to include the following students into the NHS: Megan Christensen, Brooks Dolan, Tigh Gaikowski, Damien Hopkins-Iyarpeya, Traveion Neilan, Dylan Rumpza, and Nolan Thuringer.
Current members of National Honor Society include: Kailee Berger, Eva Benike, Owen Niles, and Caleb Weyh.
