Waubay High School Student Council chose to make tie blankets this year for a community service project. This year, a total of 61 blankets were made and donated to Sleep in Heavenly Peace in Watertown, SD. Groups that were able to participate in the blanket making were 1st grade, 2nd grade and also 6-12th grades.
With the help of all of your donations, Waubay School helped 61 children have a warm blanket to sleep with.
