This May, Hailey, a fifth grade student earned 1000 points for her Accelerated Reader Plaque. Accelerated Reader is a program where students read books and take a quiz for each book. The quizzes then award points to the student depending on the reading level of the book. The points accumulate starting from first grade when Accelerated Reader is introduced to all students.. Hailey received a plaque and her name has been added to the 1000 Point Club plaque that hangs on the Accelerated Wall in the school for her accomplishment. Congratulations Hailey!
