The Webster VFW Auxiliary Post 4690 is pleased to announce the winner of our 2024-25 Illustrating America Art contest for grades 6-8. Daisy Rumpza from the Waubay School is the first place winner for the local contest and also received first place at the state contest. Her entry was then sent to Kansas City, MO for national judging. This contest is a patriotic art contest that encourages students’ artistic abilities as they express how they see America through drawings and paintings.
