There will be NO school on Friday, May 10. The Waubay staff will be working at the track meet in Webster. This is our home meet that we host.

VOLLEYBALL: ***Any girl grade 6-11 who is planning to play volleyball next fall, there is going to be a required informational meeting Tuesday, April 30th @ 5:30 in the Waubay gym. Summer information regarding open gyms and team camp will be discussed along with a scrimmage game played. Students in Preschool through Sixth grade and their families are invited to attend the Title I Math Night to be held TONIGHT from 5:30 to 7:00pm. A meal will be served, and there will be games and activities for the students to participate in. Please join us for an evening of fun!

Waubay Elementary will be hosting a book fair with Whimsy on Main on April 25 from 1-7 in the board room. Students will be able to shop in the afternoon and can bring money to purchase books if they would like to. The public is also invited to shop. There will be books for all ages. The school will receive a portion of the sales in free books for our library. Thank you for your support!

Just a reminder that permission slips for the May 2nd trip to the South Dakota National Guard in Watertown need to be turned in prior to the student leaving school that day. All students in grades 7-12 can attend if they have their permission slip turned in.
