The 5/6th grade BB vs Summit at Waubay on Thursday, October 5 has been changed to Monday, October 23 with girls game at 4:00, boys to follow. An updated schedule has been posted to the Waubay School Website

JH FOOTBALL Game Added: Thursday, October 5th in Browns Valley start time 4:30.

They will be doing a 50/50 drawing at tonight’s football game for Noah Comes. He is a senior from Waverly who is currently undergoing treatment for a recurrence of Burkitt’s Lymphoma.

This message is for parents and guardians of our preschool students. Tomorrow is the homecoming parade. There is no pre-school tomorrow. If you would like your child to participate in the parade, please have them to the school at noon. There will be no bus service to school and there will also be NO lunch.

Homecoming week comes to an end tomorrow. The parade will begin at 1:30 pm. Line-up for the parade starts at 1:00 PM. Bus service will be provided immediately following the parade. Football game will start at 7:00 pm. The Grizzlies take on the Deuel Cardinals. Please come and support the team!

PRE-SCHOOL SCREENING SET AT WAUBAY Waubay School will be conducting its annual pre-school screening for children 3 to 5 years old in the Waubay area on Tuesday, October 3rd from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Screening will take place at the Waubay Elementary School. This screening is important for all children before entering school. The purpose is to identify school readiness in children at an early age and to provide services or advice in managing issues in preparing the child to enter school.
