Waubay School will host a Financial Aid Night meeting tonight at 6 PM in the Board room. All juniors and seniors and their parents or guardians are invited to attend the event. The purpose of the event is to help your student find money to attend college.

Flu shots will be offered at Waubay School on October 21, 2022. Consent forms will be sent home with your child today. Please fill out and return to the business office. If you choose to have your child vaccinated, please return the form with a copy of your insurance card. Children will not be vaccinated if we do not have a copy of an insurance card or receive payment on the date of the scheduled flu clinic.
Members of the Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate tribal Department of Education will be at Waubay School on Monday, October 10 to help us celebrate Native American Day. There will be four stations that students in grades K-12 will rotate through. There will be ledger art, Dakota stories, buffalo box, Dakota language, oral stories, Kahomni, and songs. We are excited to partner with the Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate tribe.

Congratulations to the Waubay All-State Chorus students: Katie Snyder, Callie Weyh, Caleb Weyh and Nolan Thuringer.
These four will participate in All-State Chorus on October 28 and 29 in Sioux Falls.
