Summer Help Wanted
The Waubay School District is seeking applications for two positions of summer help beginning either May 24 or June 1, through the first of August. Hours are flexible and to be determined. Duties will include cleaning, painting, mowing, some lifting, and other duties as needed. Applicants must be age 16 or older. Mustangs boys BB team will play their first region game Tuesday night in Warner against Northwestern – at 7:30pm
Here are some items you need to know about the game:
Each rostered player will receive 4 vouchers for the game – Adults need a voucher and must pay to get in - $6
Grades 6-12 don’t need a voucher but must pay $4 to get in –
Kids – grades 5 and lower need a voucher to get in and must pay $4
They said the doors will open at 7:15 for our fans – please follow this

The GBB bus for Region 1B game in Aberdeen will leave from the school at 4:30. All are welcome to follow the bus. The Waubay Fire Department will escort the team out of town!

Hello Waubay Elementary Families!
I am SO proud of our students at Waubay Elementary! Your support of Kids Heart Challenge is AMAZING!! We have kicked off our Event this week and have a goal to achieve 30 students Registered online by the end of this weekend and we can do something Fun! It’s a surprise. This year we are excited to see so many students in our school choosing to be healthy by Reg online and choosing to Drink more Water, Move More and Be Kind to Others all things that will keep hearts healthy and happy! Thanks so much to all of you for the wonderful support and have a fantastic weekend!
