Girls regions start next week – Feb. 22nd – 23rd- and the 25th
Monday, Febr. 22nd – we have a bye and will not play
Tuesday, Febr. 23rd – We will play in Summit at 6:00 – opponent will be determined on Monday night
As of now – anyone can attend the game – wearing masks are recommended – PLEASE wear a mask to protect these players so we can have a state tourney this year – EVERYONE
After the conclusion of our game – our fans will be asked to leave and go home – so the fans from the second game can be safe and watch their teams play – win or lose
The 2 winners in Summit on Tuesday will play Thursday night against each other in Aberdeen for a trip to the SODAK 16 round

The Waubay Students will be starting the kids heart challenge. Start date is February 19th and it will end on March 4th.

Mustangs Basketball Parents and Fans! Let’s cheer on both the girls and boys basketball teams to victories these last few weeks of basketball. Both teams have had a great season and we can be proud of them on and off the court! Let’s bring the energy to the gym by cheering loud and in a sportsmanship like manner. The student athletes want the positive support and cheering during a game!

Due to the extremely cold temperatures, Waubay School will start at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, February 16th!
Northwestern will be bringing their JH BBB team on Thursday, February 18, 2021. Game will begin at 4:00 pm, followed by C team at 5:00 pm, then JV/Varsity at 6:15
BBB vs. Northwestern has been rescheduled to Thursday Feb. 18th @ Waubay.

The make up game with Northwestern BBB will be on Thursday, February 18 in Waubay. Unfortunately, we could not get a GBB game worked out.

Next Tuesday, February 16th the JH boys basketball team will scrimmage before the Tiospa Zina GBB game in Waubay. We will split the teams up as evenly as possible and play it just like a regular game starting at 5pm. This will conclude the boys JH season.
