National FFA Week is Feb. 17th - 21st:
Throughout the week, our FFA Chapter will be hosting a district-wide food drive to support those in need.
This is a reminder that there will be no school on Monday, February 17th due to it being President's Day.
Waubay School District will have a 10:00 AM start tomorrow morning due to the extreme low wind chill factors forecast for the area. This gives everyone more time to get vehicles started and warmed up. It also allows us to pick up students in the daylight.
TIME CHANGE: The 7th grade boys basketball game on Thursday, February 13th in Browns Valley will START at 4:00pm. Also, if your child plans to ride the bus home from Browns Valley they will need to be picked up in Summit. There will not be a bus returning to Waubay.

Tonight was Miss Beers’ last pep band performance after serving the Waubay School District for the past 41 years. Miss Beers is retiring at the end of this school year. The pep band students presented Miss Beers with flowers. Thank you Miss Beers!! You will be missed!!
